For your convenience we have added the following information to ensure a smooth transaction of your gift basket order and delivery. If you should have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Hours of Operation
Our website is available for ordering anytime, 24x7. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MST.
Orders
For each online order you will immediately receive order confirmation via email. If you have not received email confirmation within 2 hours of your order, then please email or call us (during business hours) to ensure the order was received. Any questions or concerns regarding your order will be addressed in our confirmation email at this time. Each gift basket is carefully prepared, individually packaged and shipped within the time requested (some conditions apply).
Multiple basket orders will require a 72 hour cancellation notice; however the purchaser will be charged a 50% non-refundable fee to cover the costs of supplies and labor.
Courier Delivery and Shipping Policy
At JazzyGirl Details we pride ourselves on the quality customer service we provide. Shipping our merchandise in a prompt and timely manner is also an important part of our service to you. Please note that orders are placed on a first come, first served basis.
Courier Delivery - Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday during regular business hours, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Orders must placed by 5:00pm for next day delivery. If same day delivery is needed, please call for availability. Courier Delivery is provided only within Albuquerque and Rio Rancho city limits. For all other locations you must select USPS Priority Mail shipping during checkout. Home deliveries will not be left if the recipient is not home unless arrangements have otherwise been made. Deliveries that are requested to be left in this situation will be left at the sender’s risk and no compensation will be made by JazzyGirl Details or its couriers for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We can not guarantee an exact delivery time, but we attempt to make deliveries within 2 hours from the time specified during checkout. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Evening Delivery is not available.
Neither JazzyGirl Details nor its couriers will be responsible for delays due to inclement weather.
Shipping - All baskets are freshly baked to order. Our products are perishable and therefore we only utilize USPS Priority Mail shipping (when Courier Delivery is not used) and only ship to New Mexico addresses. Your package is delivered within 2 days in most cases. Orders received by noon are normally shipped the same day. Please place any large quantity orders early enough to ensure product availability and allow for production time and delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please check your addresses carefully. There will be an additional shipping & handling charge of $10.00 + tax per package for the return due to an incorrect recipient address. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please ensure you provide complete street addresses(including suite numbers), phone number, full name, company name, and postal codes. Refunds will not be made when an incorrect addresses was provided and delivery was completed.
